It develops physical, chemical or mechanical solutions for the prevention and care of diseases caused by oral biofilm or by diverse oral conditions caused by other factors.

What you will do:
Make a difference through our purpose of improving people's oral health. To do so, you will manage the different people process in the countries: recruitment, organizational development, talent management, workplace climate management, training, internal communications, compensation, and remuneration. You will be a key person supporting the cultural transformation & evolution in the countries, aligned with the corporate strategy and compliance with the legal and labour local regulations.

You will be working with:
Country Manager (hierarchical - solid line) / People Director Corporate (functional - dotted line)

You will make an impact by:

• Being the business partner for all the HR processes in the countries she/he is responsible for, key speaking partner for all managers and employees.
• Implementing the talent and people processes in the countries, always thinking about improvements.
• Contributing to the achievement of objectives by providing resources, tools and programs to ensure the fulfilment of goals and plans established by the organization.
• Seeking the well-being of employees through proposing, formulating, and evaluating improvements.
• Support the cultural transformation in the countries, aligned with the corporate strategy and compliance with the legal and labour local regulations.
• Supporting the country management in making the company into a trusty and great place to work.
• Designing and implementing organizational development processes, performance evaluation, job descriptions, internal communications, norms, and procedures related to people management, aligned with the corporate processes. 
• Being in charge of professional development through coordination and planning of training programs.
• Leading talent attraction, recruitment, and hiring and onboarding according to the procedures established by the area.
• Leading the outboarding and exit interviews, trying to understand and improve the internal processes.
• Contributing with ideas and expertise in new People projects with global HQ.
• Understanding data and KPI in other to make informed decisions.
• Other projects to improve the people management in connection with HQ.

You are the right fit if you are/have:

• University studies MSc/bachelor’s in psychology, in Human Resources Management, Business or similar
• Specialization in Human Resources Management is highly appreciated.
• 2-4 years’ experience as a HR Business Partner, in multinational environment, implementing talent management processes locally.
• Nice to have experience on HR management, culture and/or coaching studies.
• Advanced level of English and Dutch (it is a must).
• German and/or Spanish (nice to have).
• Microsoft 365 user in daily level (Office, Teams, etc)
• Native digital, and welcoming of new technologies
• Google forms user.
• ERP in HR knowledge, as SAP, Cornerstone.  
• Advanced user in social networks such as LinkedIn and other platforms for local recruitment.
